1. What is the Manager Space?

It is the place from which the administration of all AOC services is managed and EACAT Procedures are administered. Only the manager of the entity has access to it.

2. From where do you access it?

The manager's space is divided into two parts that you access by going to Administration settings

> Services AOC , where you can:

  • Manage users and permissions of AOC services.
  • Display of the general information of your entity, which you can limit using the filters you need.

> EACAT Procedures , where you can:

  • Manage users, services, mailboxes and organizational units (OU) of EACAT Procedures.

3. What can you manage in Services AOC?

In the AOC Services administration, you can consult both the general information of the entity and manage users: their general information and the permissions of each AOC service, including EACAT Procedures.

The manager's space in Services AOC consists of 2 sections:

General, where you will find generic information about the entity: the identifier, the address, the official statistical code, the postal code, the type of entity, the location of the headquarters, the territorial scope and the county in which belongs

Users, where you will find:

  • Generic information about the entity's users, which allows you to:
    • Search users by name.
    • View user relationships structured according to filters:
      • Status (All/Active/Inactive)
      • Services AOC to which they are assigned
    • Export users using the “...” icon
    • Create new users

The creation/deletion and activation/deactivation of users is done only from the administration of Services AOC.

  • Specific information for each user that allows you to:
    • Edit Name
    • Activate, deactivate or delete a user using the "..." icon.

The rest of the specific information is in two subsections:

3.1 General, where you can:

  • Edit user data.
  • Edit the data of the Register of Qualified Officials (RFH), such as the date of registration and deregistration, the administrative unit to which it belongs and the tasks as a qualified official (assistance to interested parties and/or issuance of authentic copies).

3.2 AOC Services, where you can manage user permissions within each AOC service, including EACAT Procedures.

4. What can you manage in EACAT Procedures?

EACAT Procedures is the part of the manager's Space that allows managers to administer inter-administrative processing services. If you are the manager of the entity, you can access it through the administration of EACAT Procedures.

The manager's space in EACAT Procedures is organized into a maximum of 5 sections:

  • general
  • Users
  • Services
  • mailboxes
  • Organizational units

In the General section you will find generic information about the entity, as well as some properties related to its processing. From here you can also activate mailboxes.

In the Users section you can perform actions that affect all the users of your entity, such as searching, sorting their relationship according to various filters and exporting it. You can also view the data and permissions of a specific user. Other options are available in the subsections of General, Mailboxes and Services. A relevant functionality is the action of assigning mailboxes to a specific user, which we will find in the Mailboxes section.

The creation/deletion, activation/deactivation and modification of user data is done only from the administration of Services AOC.

In the Services section, you can perform several actions that affect all of your organization's services, such as viewing the list of services with the corresponding filters and exporting it. You can also perform specific actions for a given service, such as viewing its general information, including title, functional code, and provider. You can also access the complete catalog of services and procedures for each service. The rest of the specific information of the service can be found in the subsections of Mailboxes and Users .

In the Mailboxes section, you can perform actions that affect all mailboxes in your entity, such as searching for a specific one, sorting them according to different filters; export the resulting mailbox listings; and create a specific mailbox. You can also perform specific actions on a particular mailbox, such as importing and exporting users and services; or delete it. In addition, you will find other actions and more information in the subsections Users and Services.

You will only see the Mailboxes section if you have activated the option "Use mailboxes in the entity" in the General section.

You can also perform specific actions on a given OU, such as turning it on or off and making it visible or not (except for the main OU which is always visible).
