If you are the manager of your entity, to download the list of mailboxes, go to Administration settings > EACAT Procedures > Mailboxes > icon > Export mailboxes to a .csv file. First, select the filters you need to narrow the list.

The .csv file will be named busties.csv and will include the following fields:

  • ID: mailbox identification number within EACAT.
  • Mailbox name.
  • Users: number of users within each mailbox.
  • Services: number of services found within each mailbox.
  • Organizational_unit_id: identification number of the organizational unit of each mailbox.
  • Organizational_unit_name: name of the organizational unit of each mailbox.

Export the list of mailboxes by applying the filters that interest you.

To view the data correctly in a spreadsheet like Excel, follow these steps:

  1. Open an Excel sheet.
  2. Place the cursor in the first cell
  3. Access the Data menu > Get data > From a file > From text/CSV.
  4. Select the .csv file from your computer.
  5. Press the Import button.
  6. A window will appear with all the data in the file, press the Load button.
