If you are the manager of your entity, to download the list of mailboxes access Administration settings > EACAT Procedures > Mailboxes > icon > Export mailboxes in a .csv file. Previously select the filters you need to narrow down the list.

The .csv file will be named busties.csv and will include the following fields:

  • ID: ID number of the mailbox within EACAT.
  • Name of the mailbox.
  • Users: number of users who are in each mailbox.
  • Services: Number of services found within each mailbox.
  • Id_unitat_organizativa: identification number of the organizational unit of each mailbox.
  • organizational_unit_name: name of the organizational unit of each mailbox.

Export the list of mailboxes by applying the filters that interest you.

To see the data correctly in a spreadsheet like Excel follow these steps:

  1. Open an Excel sheet
  2. Place the cursor in the first cell
  3. Access the menu Data > Get data > From a file > From text/CSV.
  4. Select the .csv file from your computer
  5. Press the Import button
  6. A window will appear with all the data of the file, press the button Load
