EGT - What do you do when an entity is not the recipient of a service?

As a manager, if you receive a request for access to a service because your entity is not the recipient, you must contact the lending entity to evaluate the request. From here, two situations can occur:

1. The lending entity accepts the request : your entity becomes the recipient of the service and, as manager, you will have to manage the user's access to the service.
   
2. The lending institution denies the request : Your institution must not be a recipient and therefore you will not need to take any additional action.
