If you are the entity's manager, access Administration settings > EACAT Procedures > Services

In the Services section you can perform various actions that affect all of your entity's services, such as viewing the list of services with the corresponding filters and exporting it. You can also perform specific actions for a given service, such as viewing its general information, which includes the title, functional code, publication date, type of service and provider entity; you can also access the complete service catalog and procedures for each service. The rest of the specific information is found in the Mailboxes and Users subsections.

In the Services section you will find:

1. Generic information about the entity's services that allows you to:

  • Search services
  • View visibility of service relationships structured according to the following drop-down filters:
    • Mailbox (All, With mailbox and Without mailbox), which will appear when your entity is within the mailbox system.
    • Publication, allows you to establish a period.
    • Types of services (All, Specific and Generic)
    • Lender, allows you to select more than one entity.
    • Recipient (All, I am a recipient and I am not a recipient)
  • Export service relationships to the ... icon:
    • Export services , you download the list of services resulting from the selected filters
    • Export processing volume , is the list of services processed until 06/24/2024.
  • View visibility in each service the information sheet of the Catalog of services and procedures

2. Specific information about each user of the entity that allows you to:

  • Access basic information about the service: title, functional code, publication date, type of service and provider entity.
  • View visibility of the service

The rest of the specific information is found in 2 subsections:

2.1 Mailboxes, if your entity has opted for the mailbox system you will be able to:

  • Search mailboxes
  • Filter the list of mailboxes according to filters:
    • Assignment (All, Assigned, Unassigned and No Services)
    • UO, assuming that your entity can use organizational units. In this case, you will see this filter where the different UOs that exist in your entity appear.

You will only be able to work with the Mailboxes section if you have activated the Use mailboxes in the entity option in the General section.

2.2 Users where you can:

  • Search users
  • Filter the list of users by filters:
    • Permission, with a drop-down list in which to select the user permissions of EACAT Procedures.
    • Without basic permission.
    • Status, which allows you to select All, Active or Inactive.
