If you are the manager of the entity, access Administration settings > EACAT Procedures > account_circle Users

In the Users section you can perform actions that affect all the users of your entity, such as sorting their relationship according to various filters and exporting it. You can also view the data and permissions of a specific user. Other options are available in the General, Mailboxes and Services subsections.

In the Users section you will find:

1. Generic information about the users of the entity that allows you to:

  • Search users by name
  • View user relationships structured according to filters:
    • Status (All, Active, Inactive)
    • Permission, with a dropdown in which to select the user permissions of EACAT Procedures
    • No basic permission
    • Mailbox (All, With mailbox and Without mailbox), which will appear when your entity is in the mailbox system.
  • Export the list of users, using the ... icon, after applying the filters you need.

2. Specific information for each user.

The creation, modification of their data, deletion, activation and deactivation of users is done only from the Administration of Services AOC.

The rest of the specific information is in 3 subsections:

2.1 General where you can view user data and their permissions.

2.2 Mailboxes, if your organization has opted for the mailbox system you will be able to:

  • Search mailboxes.
  • Assign mailboxes to users.
  • Filter the list of mailboxes according to the filter Assignment (All , Assigned and Unassigned).

You will only see the Mailboxes section if you have activated the Use mailboxes option in the entity in the General section.

2.3 Services where you can:

  • Search services.
  • View the user's service relationship.
  • Visualize visibility of the information of each service in the Catalog of services and procedures.
