The manager is the one who activates and deactivates mailboxes in the entity.

To enable mailboxes , go to General > Mailboxes > and turn on the Use mailboxes in entity switch. You will then see the mailbox quota for your entity, which determines the maximum number of mailboxes you can create, according to the specifications of the EACAT administration.

Once the mailboxes are activated, you will be able to work in the Mailboxes section in the EACAT Trámits administration manager's Space menu, and also the Mailboxes subsection within the Services and Users sections. It should be noted that when you activate the mailboxes, the global mailbox is created, which includes all services without assigned users and with a different behavior to the rest of the mailboxes.

Before creating the organization in mailboxes, it is important to think about the logic and organization that must be reproduced. Once this is clarified, you can proceed to create and manage the mailboxes necessary for users to work in the different thematic areas of the services. You can assign services, users and, if applicable, organizational units (OUs).

To disable mailboxes , go to General > Mailboxes > and disable the Use mailboxes in entity switch. It is important to note that this will affect the entire organization and the work system established so far; although you can always recover the previous organization by reactivating mailboxes.
