The manager is the one who activates and deactivates the mailboxes in the entity.
To enable mailboxes , go to General > Properties > and enable the Use mailboxes in entity switch. Next, you will see the quota of mailboxes belonging to your entity, which determines the maximum number of mailboxes you can create, according to the specifications of the EACAT administration.
Once the mailboxes are activated, the Mailboxes section will appear in the menu of the Manager Space of the EACAT Procedures administration, and also the Mailboxes subsection within the Services and Users sections. Note that when you enable mailboxes, the global mailbox is created, which includes all services without assigned users and with a different behavior than other mailboxes.
Before creating the organization in mailboxes, it is important to think about the logic and organization that should be reproduced. Once this is clarified, you can proceed to create and manage the necessary mailboxes so that users can work in the different thematic areas of the services. You can assign services, users and, if applicable, organizational units (OUs) to it.
To disable mailboxes , go to General > Properties > and turn off the Use mailboxes in entity switch. It is important to note that this will affect the entire organization and the work system established so far; although you can always recover the previous organization by re-enabling the mailboxes.
