The filter bar is used to limit the number of results and make it easier for you to find the procedure you need. The filter bar contains most of the filters available in the advanced search engine, which are:
- Period : allows you to limit the search according to a start and end date.
- Shared with me , which indicates that they have shared a file with you.
- Responsible , which indicates all the files, for which you are responsible or for which you are not responsible.
- Service to which the procedure belongs. You can select more than one.
- Sender/Receiver/Interested Party , entity that issues or receives the procedure or both at the same time, depending on the processing tray in which you perform the search (Received, Sent or Received and sent).
- Procedure , select from the service procedures. This filter appears when you only select one service.
You can also access Advanced Search from the filter bar, where you will find additional drop-down filters such as:
- Territory is the territorial scope of the entity issuing the procedure.
- Region to which the entity issuing the procedure belongs.
If you select any of the options in these last filters, they will appear in the filter bar. If you are not interested in them, you can close them from the same bar.
Only procedures from the last 6 months are shown. To consult previous procedures, modify the period using the search options or click the “Show previous 6 months” button, which you will find at the end of the search results.
For now, you can only search for completed procedures, which are located in the Received, Sent, or Received and Sent trays. Later, you will also be able to search for unfinished procedures (draft, to be signed, and queue trays).
