The search engine provides quick access to the procedures you have already completed and allows you to efficiently search for any information you need.
The Processing Area has two types of search engine:
- The basic search engine search , which allows you to search by entering keywords related to the procedure you are looking for. If you want the search to be done in a specific field, you can search in the following fields: subject, registration number, file number and procedure identifier.
- The advanced tune search engine, which allows for more precise searches, using the following filters:
- Shared with me includes files that others have shared with you.
- Responsible , shows all files, only those you are responsible for or only those you are not responsible for.
- Service , filters according to the service to which the procedure belongs.
- Sender / Receiver / Interested Party , shows procedures according to the entity involved in a procedure, according to the tray in which we are working:
- In the Receipts tray, Issuer is the entity that sends the procedure.
- In the Sent tray, Receiver is the entity that receives it.
- In the Received and Sent tray, Interested Party is the entity that can issue or receive the procedure.
- Period , allows you to limit the search according to a start and end date.
- Order , presents you with the results from most recent to oldest or vice versa.
- Territorial demarcation , which defines the territorial scope of the entity involved in the procedure.
- Region , which allows you to select the region to which the entity involved in the procedure belongs.
For more accurate and relevant results, use both search engines and the filters in the filter bar.
Only procedures from the last 6 months are shown. To consult previous procedures, modify the period using the search options or click the “Show previous 6 months” button, which you will find at the end of the search results.
Remember that when we talk about search engine, we always refer to the search engine for words in the Processing Area. When we refer to the advanced search engine, we indicate this explicitly.
