The Processing Space includes the following elements:

    1. Trays to organize paperwork.

    2. Favorite searches , to speed up the most frequent searches, and advanced word search with various filters.

    3. Filter bar , to narrow the results of a particular search. It groups together most of the filters in the advanced search, which can also be accessed from the bar.

    4. Results , which is the list of procedures that meet the established search criteria.

  • From the ... icon you can export search results to a .csv file and save a search as a favorite, if applicable.

When you select a procedure from the results, you have access to the following information and options:

  1. File information
    • Service title
    • Issuer of the procedure
    • File number in your entity
    • If you click on it, the details of the file appear, which you can also access from the “ ... ” icon.
  2. File procedures appear in an orderly manner and with the basic registration information (registration number in our entity, date, time and name of the procedure)
  3. Procedure information
    • Processing history low_priority , shows the procedures prior to the selected one and their responses
    • Registration information: number, date and time.
    • Name of the procedure
    • Procedure details arrow_drop_down , which stores the following registration information:
      • From: entity issuing the procedure.
      • For: entity receiving the procedure.
      • Date and time: date and time when the procedure was registered in the corresponding register.
      • Check-in
      • Check-out
      • Case ID
      • Procedure ID
    • Additional functions regarding the procedure:
      • Download the procedure documentation
      • See the attached documentation
      • Consult the history of changes in the status of the file, by pressing the icon
      • Link to access the viewing of the file in the EACAT Classic.
      • Respond, by clicking on the button that you will only find when the procedure has an answer.
    • Additionally, from the ... icon , you can access the details of the file:
      • Share group
      • See service visibility
      • File number in your entity
      • Assign a person in charge, which also implies sharing the file
      • Reply switch_access_shortcut
      • Download documentation download , attached to the procedure
      • Show processing history low_priority
      • Print the procedure print

Remember that there are procedures that do not have a response and, therefore, you will not find the button in the procedure information or the Reply action in the procedures actions of the “…” icon.
