Favorite searches are a new feature that allows you to save and quickly access queries for procedures that you perform frequently . This simplifies access to recurring procedures without having to search for them manually each time.
To save a favorite search , go to tune advanced search > Apply the filters you need > Click Save search > Give it an identifying name > Click Save .
To use a favorite search , go to the section and select the saved search to see its results.
You can save up to 10 searches as favorites . Once you reach the maximum, if you want to save a new one, you will need to delete one from the list first.
