To search for completed procedures, you can follow these steps:
- Select the tray that interests you the most:
- receipts
- Envoys
- Received and sent
- You should know that:
- You can only view and search the procedures to which you have access
- The procedures of the last 6 months are shown.
- Procedures are available from 1 January 2017.
- Use the search engine:
To get more accurate and relevant results, we offer you some useful tips:- Use filters to refine results (such as by service name or sender or receiver entity).
- Enter specific and relevant keywords to search by "subject" and avoid overly generic terms that may return unhelpful results.
- Use the "period" filter to check older procedures, but keep in mind that the results will only show a maximum of the last 6 months.
- Use advanced search:
To further narrow your results, you can use the following filters:- Territorial demarcation or county to locate procedures in a specific area.
- Other filters to narrow the search:
- I am responsible: check this option to see the procedures for which you are responsible.
- Shared with me: Select to see the procedures shared with you.
- Service: Select the specific service.
- Interested party: choose the interested entity.
- Period: Define a date range to limit the search.
- I am responsible: check this option to see the procedures for which you are responsible.
Remember that only procedures in a range of 6 months are shown in the results of a search. To see previous procedures, modify the period using the search options.
