1. What is it?

The processing area is the place where the inter-administrative procedures of your entity to which you have access are managed. Procedures are classified into two trays: trays of completed procedures and trays of procedures that have not yet been completed.

2. What requirements do you need to access it?

You need to have the basic permission assigned within EACAT Procedures.

    • Sent , there are the procedures sent by your entity, that is, the exits.
    • Received and sent , groups together the procedures received and sent by your entity, that is, entries and exits.

    • To sign , contains the procedures pending to be signed.
    • In queue, it contains the procedures that have not yet been completed due to technical issues .

6. What is the search engine for?

The search engine facilitates quick access to the procedures you have already completed, allowing you to efficiently search for any specific information you need.

The Processing Area has two types of search engine:

  • The basic search engine , which allows you to search by entering keywords related to the procedure you are looking for. You can select whether you want the search to be carried out on one of the following fields: subject, registration number, file number and procedure identifier).
  • The search engine advances t, which allows you to make more precise searches using various filters.

For more accurate and relevant results, use both search engines and the filters in the filter bar.

Remember that, when we talk about search engine, we always refer to the search engine in terms of Processing Space. Whenever we talk about the advanced search engine we will specify it.

7. What is the function of the filter bar?

The filter bar is used to limit the number of results and make it easier for you to find the procedure you need. The filter bar contains most of the filters available in the advanced search engine, and they are:

  • I am responsible, which indicates that you are the person responsible for the file.
  • Shared with me, which indicates that the file has been shared with me.
  • Service to which the procedure belongs.
  • Issuer, entity that issues the procedure.
  • Period: Start and End

You can also access Advanced Search from the filter bar, where you'll find additional drop-down filters such as:

  • Territorial demarcation, which is the territorial scope of the entity issuing the procedure.
  • County to which the entity issuing the procedure belongs.

If you select any of the options of these last filters, they will appear in the filter bar. If you are not interested, you can close them from the same bar.

Only procedures from the last 6 months are shown. To see previous procedures, modify the period using the search options.

At the moment, you can only search for completed procedures, which are in the Received, Sent or Received and Sent trays. Later, you will also be able to search for unfinished procedures (draft, signature and queued trays).

8. What are favorite searches?

This new functionality allows you to save and quickly access procedure queries that you perform frequently. This simplifies access to recurring procedures, so you don't have to manually search each time you need to look up a specific procedure.

You can save up to 10 searches. When you reach the maximum, if you want to save a new one, you must first delete one from the list.

9. What actions can you take on the files?

Each procedure is associated with a file. After selecting a procedure, either from the information part of the case or from the ... icon, you can go to the case detail tab and do the following:

  • View basic information:
    • Service Name
    • Recipient
    • File number at your institution
  • Download the file
  • Share the file with another user.
  • Assign a responsible person
  • See the service sheet

From the icon you can view:
