As a manager of the entity, you must know that, for a user to be able to process a service, there can be 2 different situations:
- Your entity does not operate with mailboxes and, therefore, everyone has access to all the services they are intended for. You do not need to do anything, because everyone will be able to access the procedures for the services that correspond to them.
Only in the event that the entity is not the recipient of a service and a user has requested that it be, will you need to contact the provider entity, who will evaluate the request.
- Your entity works with mailboxes and, therefore, you must assign users to the mailboxes where the services they need to work with are located.
If you have checked this and the user still cannot access the service procedure they need to process, it may be that:
- Your entity is not the recipient of the service . If the user requests that you be the recipient, you will need to contact the provider entity, who will evaluate the request.
- The service is not visible in the Services and Procedures Catalog (CST) because the entity providing the service has decided so. This means that the user will not be able to start any file, but will be able to see those they have started in the Processing Space.
Remember that alerts on service and procedure sheets indicate if you do not have access to a service or if your entity is not the recipient of it.
