Attention, entity manager : there are still tasks that cannot be performed in the new EACAT, even though this FAQ states otherwise. Therefore, you will have to continue to manage them in the classic EACAT. We will remove this notice as soon as they are available in the new EACAT.

The tasks that cannot yet be performed in the new EACAT are:

  • Register new users
  • Modify user data
  • Delete users
  • Deactivate users
  • Assign permissions to users of the new inter-administrative processing services that providers will publish from the activation of the new EACAT.
  • Assign permissions to users of AOC services (for example: e-NOTUM, eFACT, Via Oberta or others).
  • Manage the Register of Qualified Officials (RFH).

When these features are available, we will remove this notice.

You can manage users of the AOC services from the Manager's Space: Administration settings > AOC Services > account_circle Users , where you will find:

1. Generic information about the entity's users that allows you to:

  • Search for users by name.
  • View user relationships structured according to filters:
    • Status (All/Active/Inactive)
    • Registration process (All/Manual/Automatic)
    • Service AOC to which they are assigned
  • Export users using the ... icon
  • Create new users

2. Specific information for each user that allows you to:

  • Edit name
  • Activate, deactivate or delete a user using the icon ...

A deactivated or deleted user will not be able to access EACAT; the system will give an authentication error.

The rest of the specific information is found in two subsections:

2.1 General where you can :

  • Edit user data.
  • Edit the user's data within the Register of Qualified Officials (RFH), such as the date of registration and deregistration, the administrative unit to which they belong and the tasks as a qualified official (assistance to interested parties and/or issuance of authentic copies).

2.2 AOC Services where you can manage user permissions within each AOC service, including EACAT Procedures , that your entity is assigned to.

The activation, deactivation and deletion of users is only done from the ... icon of the AOC Services administration.
