Attention, entity manager : there are still tasks that cannot be performed in the new EACAT, even though this FAQ states otherwise. Therefore, you will have to continue managing them in the Classic EACAT. We will remove this notice as soon as they are available in the new EACAT.
The tasks that cannot yet be performed in the new EACAT are:
- Register new users
- Modify user data
- Delete users
- Deactivate users
- Assign permissions to users of the new inter-administrative processing services that the providing entities will publish from the activation of the new EACAT.
- Assign permissions to users of the AOC services (for example: e-NOTUM, eFACT, Via Oberta or others).
- Manage the Register of Qualified Officials (RFH).
When these features are available, we will remove this notice.
As the entity's manager, you can assign permissions for AOC services to specific users from: Administration settings > AOC Services > account_circle Users > select the user > AOC Services .
The services that appear in the AOC Services subsection are those that have been assigned to the entity.
Any user can see the permissions assigned in their Personal Space , while managing users can administer them from the Management Space .
