Attention, entity manager : there are still tasks that cannot be performed in the new EACAT, even though this FAQ states otherwise. Therefore, you will have to continue to manage them in the classic EACAT. We will remove this notice as soon as they are available in the new EACAT.
The tasks that cannot yet be performed in the new EACAT are:
- Register new users
- Modify user data
- Delete users
- Deactivate users
- Assign permissions to users of the new inter-administrative processing services that providers will publish from the activation of the new EACAT.
- Assign permissions to users of AOC services (for example: e-NOTUM, eFACT, Via Oberta or others).
- Manage the Register of Qualified Officials (RFH).
When these features are available, we will remove this notice.
If you are a manager of the entity and need to manage the users of the AOC services, you can do so from the Administration settings > AOC Services > account_circle Users , where you can:
- Search for users.
- View user relationships filtered by:
- Status (All/Active/Inactive)
- Registration process (All/Manual/Automatic)
- Service AOC to which they are assigned.
- Export users, if you want to download the list of users for your entity.
- Create new users.
- Edit and modify a user's information.
- Activate, deactivate and delete users.
- Manage each user's permissions to AOC services, including EACAT Procedures.
The creation, deletion, activation and deactivation of users can only be performed from the AOC Service Administration.
