The EACAT is a service that the AOC makes available to the Catalan public administrations so that the Generalitat, local bodies and other Catalan administrations can relate to each other electronically.
EACAT allows the transmission of electronic documentation between Catalan administrations with technical and legal security through the use of digital signatures and electronic records.
