1. Introduction

The new processing flow has substantial improvements, which provide clarity and make it more usable. The user is much better oriented and knows at all times what he is doing.

To go to a processing flow, once in EACAT, press Procedures, My Procedures and there select one of the processing flows that appear.

2. What is the processing flow?

The processing flow is the set of procedures, systematically ordered by the date of registration, which have been carried out within a file or procedure and which belong to a specific service.

A processing flow begins with an initial procedure and will normally be done from the Procedures Catalog.

The processing stream also gets other names such as processing thread or Ariadne thread. We will usually talk about the processing flow.

3. What can I do from the processing stream?

The basic actions that can be done from the processing flow are:

  • Consult the details of the procedure (consult the associated documentation, download the receipt from the register, give an identifier to the file, download the file, consult status changes, etc.)
  • Respond , if the flow of processing allows it, to a procedure received in order to continue with the processing of the file. To do this, go to the details of the procedure and press Respond to the procedure.

4. News of the processing flow

The new processing flow brings clarity to what was already there. It makes the information more homogeneous and visual, organizing it within the space in four basic sections:

    • Title of service
      • Service thread
It indicates the places that we have had to select in order to reach that specific processing flow.
      • Title of service
The title that the service provider wanted to give you. The titles usually consist of: an acronym of the lender, a script and the name given to it. This can be clearly seen in the following examples:

          • CLT - OSIC - Grants - Performing Arts, Music and Visual Arts
          • ARP - Regulation of competitions and other concentrations of live animals
          • ACA - Declaration responsible for navigation and flotation by rivers and reservoirs
The acronyms CLT and ARP would correspond to the departments of Culture and Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food of the Generalitat de Catalunya and; ACA corresponds to the Catalan Water Agency.

    • Data of the file
      • File. Fill in the field with a file identifier and save it.
      • Interested. It is the name of the entity with which we relate.
In addition, we can also find the identifier of the file assigned by the recipient or sender.
      • Submit your paperwork. It is a link that takes you to the registration window to send some PDF procedures that do not have the option to send in the same form or that the associated documentation has too much weight to send it in a form . Please note that not all procedures are sent in this way and therefore it is necessary to go to the information of the procedure in the Catalog of procedures, specifically in the section How to do it?
      • Download the file . Allows you to download the file in a zip file.
  • More information on the file

Indicates status changes, additional information, etc. If we click on the More information in the file link, in this case, the following appears:
  • Processing history
    • Last paperwork .The last paperwork sent or received appears clickable; there is also the date and time of entry or exit, depending on the procedure received or sent, respectively.
    • On the left side are the procedures I send.
    • On the right side are the procedures I receive.

The following information is included in all procedures:

    • Name of the procedure . If you click, you download the document associated with the procedure.
    • Check-in and check-out . Only one of them will be clickable depending on whether it is a procedure that has been received or a procedure that has been sent, respectively. When you click, you download the receipt associated with the registration entry.
    • Appendices . Appears only if the procedure has associated attachment documentation.
    • Answer the procedure . It only appears in the procedures that can be answered; and allows to continue with the flow of processing.
    • Date and time of check -in and check-out depending on whether the procedure has been received or sent, respectively.
    • Dividing line with blue balls next to each procedure. If we press one of the balls that carries the white triangle inside, they change
of color, indicating which is the preceding procedure.
