Although the Processing Area includes the list of procedures organized in different trays, once a procedure has been selected you can consult information related to the associated file and carry out various actions on it:

  • View basic information:
    • Service Title
    • Issuing entity
    • File number in the entity
  • Download it
  • Share the file with other users of the entity.
  • Assign a specific user as the file manager.
  • See the service associated with the file.
  • Edit or modify the file number in the entity
  • View history of status changes

The case detail shows the basic information and actions available for the case. You can access the details of the file from two places:

  • File information, located in the upper right by clicking on any of the information fields (name of the service, interested entity and entity's file number).
  • Icon … > More information.
