Although the Processing Area includes the list of procedures organized in different trays, once a procedure has been selected you can consult information related to the associated file and carry out various actions on it:
- View basic information:
- Service Title
- Issuing entity
- File number in the entity
- Download it
- Share the file with other users of the entity.
- Assign a specific user as the file manager.
- See the service associated with the file.
- Edit or modify the file number in the entity
- View history of status changes
The case detail shows the basic information and actions available for the case. You can access the details of the file from two places:
- File information, located in the upper right by clicking on any of the information fields (name of the service, interested entity and entity's file number).
- Icon … > More information.
