In the In process area of My procedures appear the procedures that, temporarily, have not completed their processing due to technical issues, but which are in the process of processing, and therefore, of completion. Note that the In process tray only appears if there are procedures in this state.
It should be borne in mind that although all the procedures that are in the process of processing appear, within the entity in question, it will only be possible to view the subject of those procedures for which the processing user has the necessary roles. Otherwise, the matter will appear anonymized with the message "NO SERVICE PERMISSION", as follows:
Procedures in process should not be processed again because even if they take a little longer they will end up being finalized and therefore processed.
Precisely, to prevent them from being processed again, a warning has been enabled in the Catalog of procedures, with the purpose that the processing user when going to start a procedure realizes that he has a similar one that is in process of processing In order for the user to see it and understand what it is about, the warning is in red and returns two messages depending on where the cursor is:
- If the exclamation point (“!)” is placed above it, it returns: There are procedures of this type sent from you pending completion
- If it is placed above In process, it returns: There are still pending procedures to complete their processing.
You can also find this new space reflected in the warning on the Home page, in which the In Process section has been added and which only appears if there are procedures in this state.
From here you can access the list of procedures in the process of processing the first and second images.
