To answer a procedure you need to enter the details of the procedure from the results screen, and from here you can answer it from:
- The procedure information : click the Answer button to see the available options and select the appropriate answer.
- The actions icon ... : access the actions of the procedure, select Answer and choose the most appropriate answer.
Next, the action to be taken will depend on the technology of the procedure selected:
- PDF procedure : it will be downloaded directly to your device.
- Web form : you will need to access the EACAT Classic to complete the form. Therefore, you will need to have permissions to access the service on this platform.
As you can see, there will be coexistence between the new EACAT and the Classic, with continuous synchronization to ensure work in both environments. Completed procedures will be reflected in both, although there may be a delay of up to 5 minutes.
