After selecting a procedure, you will see information about the procedure and the file to which it is associated.
In the center you will see the information related to the selected procedure:
- Low_priority processing history
- Registration number, date and time
- Entity issuing the procedure
- Entity receiving the procedure
- Details of the procedure, a drop-down opens with additional basic information about the procedure:
- broadcaster
- receiver
- Registration date and time
- Check in
- Log out
- File ID, which is a unique identifier assigned by EACAT.
- Procedure ID, which is a unique identifier assigned by EACAT.
- Name of the procedure
- matter
- Documentation attached with download option
- Processing flow of the entire file, which is currently viewed via a link to EACAT Classic
- Respond to the procedure button, which offers the different procedures with which you can respond to the selected procedure
Above the procedure there is information related to the file :
- Service Title
- Issuing entity
- No. of the entity's file, this is what the entity enters.
- Detail of the file, it is shown by clicking on any of the previous fields and you will find the following information and actions:
- Service Title
- Entity receiving the file
- Download
- share
- View service
- Update file number in the entity
- Assign responsible
On the left, the set of procedures in the file is displayed, ordered from most to least recent, with the selected procedure highlighted. The information for any of these procedures is:
- Registration number, date and time
- Title of the procedure
- matter
On the right is the history of status changes , with information on file status changes.
And the icon … of file and procedure options.

You can also share file and view service from the file detail.

- Show processing history
You can go to the detail of the file from the information of the file and from the icon ..., where you can share, assign responsible or download the file, in addition to viewing the service.
