The recipients of a service are public entities affiliated to EACAT to whom the inter-administrative processing services defined by the providers within EACAT Procedures are addressed.

The recipients can be any Catalan public entity: local bodies, departments of the Generalitat, bodies dependent on the Generalitat, etc.
