EGT - What information can you find in the General section of EACAT Procedures?

If you are the manager of the entity, access Administration settings > EACAT Procedures > General

In the General section you will find generic information about the entity, as well as some properties related to its processing. From here you can also activate mailboxes.

The general data of the entity are:

• NIF
• Official statistical code
• type
• Territorial scope
• Address
• Postal code
• Location
• county

This data can also be viewed in the Manager's Area of the Services administration AOC.

The Properties of the entity are related to:

• Mailboxes : you can activate this organization system for your entity within EACAT Procedures, by selecting the option Use mailboxes in the entity.
  By activating it, the Mailbox Quota assigned to the entity will automatically appear, which is the number of mailboxes that the entity can have and which is set by the administrator of EACAT.
• Organizational Units (OUs) - This is also an organization system that is assigned to you and can be requested from the EACAT administrator.
• Provider : if you are one of the providers of EACAT Procedures services, you must have this option activated; otherwise, you must request the administrator of EACAT to activate the option of Provide processing services .
