Attention, entity manager : there are still tasks that cannot be performed in the new EACAT, even though this FAQ states otherwise. Therefore, you will have to continue to manage them in the classic EACAT. We will remove this notice as soon as they are available in the new EACAT.
The tasks that cannot yet be performed in the new EACAT are:
- Register new users
- Modify user data
- Delete users
- Deactivate users
- Assign permissions to users of the new inter-administrative processing services that providers will publish from the activation of the new EACAT.
- Assign permissions to users of AOC services (for example: e-NOTUM, eFACT, Via Oberta or others).
- Manage the Register of Qualified Officials (RFH).
When these features are available, we will remove this notice.
You can activate and deactivate users from Administration settings > Services AOC
Deactivate a user by accessing the account_circle Users section > select the user you want to deactivate > press the … icon > and select Deactivate . A confirmation window will appear > press the Deactivate button
The same procedure applies to activating a deactivated user but, in this case, there is no confirmation window.
The consequences of deactivating users are as follows:
- The deactivated user will not be able to access EACAT, as the system will display an authentication error.
- If you are a manager of more than one entity, you will be able to access EACAT, but you will not be able to manage the entity for which your access has been disabled.
