Attention, entity manager : there are still tasks that cannot be performed in the new EACAT, even though this FAQ states otherwise. Therefore, you will have to continue managing them in the classic version. We will remove this notice as soon as they are available in the new EACAT.
The tasks that cannot yet be performed in the new EACAT are:
- Register new users
- Modify user data
- Delete users
- Deactivate users
- Assign permissions to users of the new inter-administrative processing services that providers will publish from the activation of the new EACAT
- Assign permissions to users of AOC services (for example: e-NOTUM, eFACT, Via Oberta or others)
- Manage the Register of Qualified Officials (RFH)
When these features are available, we will remove this notice.
To create users , both for EACAT Procedures and for the rest of the AOC services:
Access Administration settings > Services AOC > account_circle Users > and press the Create user button
In the user creation window, fill in the following information:
- Name and surnames
- Personal identifier
- Country of shipment
- Charge
