EACAT has two types of users:

  • Active : those users who have user permissions (basic, entity management, provision of services, signature, etc.) and can work within EACAT Procedures.
  • Inactive : those who also have user permissions but the entity's manager has deactivated them, for example, in the event of medical leave.

If you are the entity's manager, you can activate and deactivate users in Services AOC > Management space .

Depending on the types of permissions , a user can be:

  • Basic , if you can access the application; you can consult and process the services to which you have access.
  • Management of the entity , if it administers the different sections of the entity.
  • Service provision , if you can create the services and forms of an entity.
  • Signature , if you can sign a document.

You can assign permissions to a user from the Services administration AOC , and view them from the EACAT Procedures administration.
