Attention, entity manager : there are still tasks that cannot be performed in the new EACAT, even though this FAQ states otherwise. Therefore, you will have to continue to manage them in the classic EACAT. We will remove this notice as soon as they are available in the new EACAT.

The tasks that cannot yet be performed in the new EACAT are:

  • Register new users
  • Modify user data
  • Delete users
  • Deactivate users
  • Assign permissions to users of the new inter-administrative processing services that providers will publish from the activation of the new EACAT.
  • Assign permissions to users of AOC services (for example: e-NOTUM, eFACT, Via Oberta or others).
  • Manage the Register of Qualified Officials (RFH).

When these features are available, we will remove this notice.

Delete users from Administration settings > Services AOC

As a manager, you can delete a user from the account_circle Users section > by selecting the user you want to delete > pressing the icon > and selecting Delete .

When you delete a user, they will no longer be able to access EACAT, as they will no longer exist in the system. If they need to work with EACAT again, you will have to recreate their profile with the corresponding data and configure the AOC services they need to access.
