The person in charge of assigning the services of Via Oberta, is not the manager of EACAT , but the person designated as Responsible for Interoperability , at the time of the signing of the Interoperability Framework Agreement, necessary to request this service, or modified later through the request of the services of Via Oberta or from the own specific delivery available to EACAT for this purpose.
