The bell is a feature that allows you to define the sending of a daily email with the previous day's entries corresponding to the assigned services. This appears next to the name of each service, within the Services tab, as long as the user has Activated the "Notifications Subscription":
The activation of the “ Notification Subscription” can be done by both the entity's user manager (from users) and the user themselves (from my space) from the Settings section.
Once activated, the bell icon will be displayed next to the name of the service and can be activated or deactivated in each case by clicking on it, taking into account that the warnings for a certain service will be active when it appears in yellow:
