The most common is usually that the user has not closed the session once authorized . In order for the assignment of permissions to be effective, the user must close all browser windows and access EACAT again .
It is also possible that some of the necessary permissions to view the service are missing . See FAQ: GS - What role do I need to view a service in EACAT procedures?
Please note that if there is no active filing period for the procedure, the menu on the tab where the procedure should be displayed is not displayed.
