EACAT's User Management has been improved from time to time to make it easier and more usable for the user managers of each entity. Specifically, the assignment of services has been automated for each user of an entity, which saves time in an important way.
Unassignment of services means being able to remove services from users automatically. You can get there from Settings / My space ; once here click Unassign services.
A drop-down will open that will allow you to select different items : All, Applications, Procedures or Open Way, related to a specific user. Each of these options allows you to unassign them all at once or select the ones that need to be removed from the user in question.
