In order for a user to have viewing permissions for all EACAT Trámitos services, their manager (The manager's name appears on the EACAT HOME tab) must edit the user's account and activate the 'option You will be able to consult them all (Allows exceptions).
In this way, it will be possible to view all the procedures of the existing services at the time of assigning the role and those that will be launched in the future. If a user wants to know if they have this active permission, they only have to access the Settings tab where from My Space they can see if they have it active in the Personalization section.
