The search engine facilitates quick access to the procedures you have already processed and allows you to search efficiently for any information you need.

The Processing Space has two types of search engine:

  • The basic search engine , which allows you to search by entering keywords related to the procedure you are looking for. If you want the search to be done in a specific field, you need to select it. You can search in the following fields: subject, registration number, file number and procedure identifier.
  • The advanced search engine , which allows more precise searches, using the following filters:
    • I am responsible, show the files you are responsible for.
    • Shared with me includes files that others have shared with you.
    • Service, filters according to the service to which the procedure belongs.
    • Issuer, shows procedures according to issuing entity.
    • Period, allows you to limit the search according to a start and end date.

You can access the Advanced Search from the filter bar, where you will find additional filters such as:

  • Territory, which defines the territorial scope of the entity issuing the procedure.
  • County, which allows you to select the county to which the issuing entity belongs.

For more accurate and relevant results, use both search engines and the filters in the filter bar.

Remember that when we talk about search engine, we always refer to the search engine in terms of Processing Space. When we refer to the advanced search engine, we explicitly say so.
