  1. Image with the title of the CST
  2. Search bar where you can search by words or do an advanced search by pressing tune
  3. A selector to choose from:
    • The published catalog is the one that always appears by default.
    • The unpublished catalogue, which contains the services that can no longer be processed and that the providers have decided to unpublish.
  4. Filter bar
    By default and at the time before doing a search , the options In terms of the Term filter, I am the addressee of the Recipient filter and Search Tips appear marked.
    But if you do a search, almost all the filters appear:

    • All / Services / Procedures.

    If you select Procedures, 2 more filters appear in the filter bar, related to whether the procedures are:

      • initials
      • About to end, if you've also selected In term from the drop-down filter
    • Other filters that appear are:
      • all
      • Out of time
      • In term
      • on hold
    • lender
    • Recipient, with the following options:
        • all
        • I am recipient
        • I am not a recipient
    • Advanced search, where you will find a drop-down filter other than those that appear in the filter bar, which are:
        • typology
        • theme
        • Subtopic
  5. Sections , appear at the moment before making a search and are:
    • Procedures nearing completion
    • Favorite services, services you've saved because you want them close at hand
    • New services published
  6. Number of results and order of results (search tips)
  7. Results , they appear if you have done a simple or advanced search; or if you are selecting a filter from the filter bar.

    When selecting a service or a Results procedure, as the case may be, you will see:

      • The service file
      • The procedure sheet , indicating the type of procedure:
          • Initial procedure
          • Response process

You access the sections in the moment before doing the first search. This information appears when accessing the CST, by pressing the book icon in the menu on the left.

The advanced search engine includes filters from the filter bar and some more (typology, topic and subtopic).
