CST - What are favorite services? – EACAT

Favorite Services is a tool that allows you to save and quickly access the services you use most often within the Catalog of Services and Procedures (CST).

1. What are your favorite services?

They are those that are particularly relevant to you, that you use regularly and want to have quickly accessible.

2. What is the Favorite Services section?

The Favorite Services section is a part of the CST that displays the services you have saved as favorites. This section allows you to easily access the services you use the most and keep your Catalog organized efficiently.

3. Where can you view your favorite services?

Favorite services appear at the top right of the CST, in its initial view, within its section.

You can view it :

In the initial view of the Catalog, before the first search, on the right side. Here you can see your favorite services and remove them individually by pressing bookmark
From the personal profile in the navigation bar, press arrow_drop_down > Favorite services. Here you can view all your favorite services and remove them one by one bookmark or all at once with the Delete services button.

You will only see the Favorite Services section if you have saved any services.

4. How can you bookmark a service?

To save a service as a favorite, in the published CST of services, simply press the save icon service bookmark_add . This service will automatically be saved in the Favorite Services section.

Only services can be saved as favorites; not the associated procedures.

5. How many services can you save in the Favorite Services section ?

You can save up to 10 services as favorites. If you want to add another one when you've already reached the limit, you'll need to delete one first.

6. How do you delete a service from the Favorite Services section ?

You can delete it in 3 different ways :

In the published catalog of services, under the title of the service, press bookmark
In the initial view of the CST > Favorite services > on the right side of the first line of the title by pressing bookmark (displayed by hovering over the icon).
In the personal profile of the navigation bar, select arrow_drop_down > Favorite services > under the title of the service, press bookmark.

You can also clear all your favorite services at once by pressing the Clear Services button. Keep in mind that this action is irreversible, and if you want to recover the list, you will have to manually save each service again.
