If you are the entity manager, access Administration settings > EACAT Procedures > Organizational units

In the Organizational Units (OU) section, you can manage all the OUs of your entity: sort them according to different filters and create new ones. You can also perform specific actions on a specific OU, such as activating or deactivating it, making it visible or not (except for the main OU, which is always visible) and selecting the IdCentre if the entity is integrated with the S@RCAT Registry.

You will only have access to the Organizational Units (OU) section if you have the Use organizational units in the entity option enabled in the General section.

In the Organizational Units section you will find:

Generic information about the entity's UOs that allows you to:

  • Search UO by name.
  • View structured UO relationships based on the filters you select:
    • All / Active / Inactive
    • No mailboxes
    • Visibility, which is a drop-down where you can select:
      • All / Visible / Not visible
  • Create UO, through the button

Specific information , from a particular UO that I have selected, allows you to:

  • Through the Icon ... you can:
    • Edit the title of the selected mailbox
    • Enable/disable UO
    • Delete OU
  • Choose visibility, whether or not it is visible to other entities.
  • Choose the Center ID, if it is an entity that is integrated with the S@RCAT Registry.

The main OU is automatically created with the entity name. It cannot be renamed, deleted, or deactivated. It is always visible to everyone.
