This functionality is currently not available . We will inform you later on how to activate it.
If you are the manager of the entity, access Administration settings > EACAT Procedures > Organizational units
In the Organizational Units (OU) section, you can manage all the OUs in your organization: sort them according to different filters and create new ones. You can also perform specific actions on a specific OU, such as activating or deactivating it, making it visible or not (except for the main OU, which is always visible) and selecting the IdCentre if the entity is integrated with the Registry S@RCAT.
You will only have access to the Organizational Units (OU) section if you have enabled the option Use organizational units in the entity in the General section.
In the Organizational Units section you will find:
Generic information about the UOs of the entity that allows you to:
- Search UO by name.
- View structured OU relationships based on the filters you select:
- All / Active / Inactive
- No mailboxes
- Visibility, which is a dropdown where you can select:
- All / Visible / Not visible
- Create UO, through the button
Specific information , for a particular OU that I have selected, allows you to:
- Through the Icon ... you can:
- Edit the title of the selected mailbox
- Enable / disable UO
- Remove OU
- Choose the visibility, whether or not it is visible to the other entities.
- Choose the Id Center, if it is an entity that is integrated with the S@RCAT Registry.
The parent OU is automatically created with the entity name. It cannot be renamed, deleted or deactivated. It is always visible to everyone.
