EACAT has two types of users:

  • Active : those users who have user permissions (basic, entity manager, lender, signatory, etc.) and can work within EACAT Procedures.
  • Inactive : those who also have user permissions, but have been deactivated by the entity's manager, for example, in case of medical leave.

If you are the entity's manager, you can activate and deactivate users in Services AOC > Manager space .

According to the types of permissions , a user can be:

  • Basic , if you can access the application; you can consult and process the services to which you have access.
  • Manager of the entity , if he administers the different sections of the entity.
  • Provider , if you can create the services and forms of an entity.
  • Signador , if you can sign a procedure.

You can assign permissions to a user from the AOC Services administration, and view them from the EACAT Procedures administration.
