What is EACAT?
EACAT is a service that AOC makes available to Catalan public administrations so that the Generalitat, local entities and other Catalan administrations can interact electronically with each other.
In EACAT we will find: EACAT Procedures, EACAT Applications, Via Oberta and Registration.
EACAT Formalities
EACAT Trámits allows you to send electronic documentation with technical and legal security thanks to the digital signature and telematic records.
Workers in public bodies affiliated with EACAT can access procedures offered by other administrations and use generic submission to send documentation or requests without a specific procedure.
The organizations that offer procedures (subsidies, various applications, etc.) make them available to other administrations through EACAT. These organizations, which we call "Providers", are mostly the departments of the Generalitat and other organizations in the public sector of the Generalitat.
By browsing the support portal you are on right now, where you are consulting this FAQ, you have all the information you need to resolve your doubts about EACAT Procedures.
Applications AOC
In EACAT you can also find access to different electronic administration tools offered by AOC, and for which you also need to register, such as: e-NOTUM, e-FACT, Portasignatures, Representa, Copy... and also the request for digital certificates in AOC.
If you need information or have questions about any of the tools offered by AOC, go to the main Support Portal of AOC , select "I am an administrator" and access the service you have questions about. There you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about all the services, from how to request registration to being a user of the service.
Via Oberta
Via Oberta is the service that AOC makes available to administrations so that they can query data held by other administrations.
For more information, consult the Via Oberta Support Portal.
Service Registration AOC
In the AOC Services Register, you will find the entry and exit entries generated through EACAT Procedures and also those generated by other AOC services such as e-NOTUM, e-FACT...

Operation of EACAT: Permissions and user management.
When an organization joins EACAT, it designates a person as a user manager. This person will be responsible for granting permissions for the different services and applications to users.
Once you have joined, you will be able to register other user managers.
What do I need to use EACAT?
To access EACAT it is necessary:
- That the administration you work for is affiliated with EACAT
- That the EACAT user manager of your organization has registered you on the platform and has given you the necessary permissions for those services and/or applications to which you need to access.
- If you need to sign, you will need a digital certificate. A digital certificate is not necessary to access and edit procedures , you can do so with a username and password.
