Below we detail which tasks will be available on the new platform from launch and which will remain provisionally in the current version.

In the new EACAT

  • Use the new catalog to start the procedures you need, with an improved search engine and new filters, as long as you have the permissions of your manager.
  • If the procedure is in PDF, it will be downloaded directly. If it's a web form, you'll be accessing the old platform, so you need to have service access permissions in EACAT Classic.
  • Ask your manager for access to inter-administrative processing services if you don't have one.
  • Consult the procedures received and sent to which you have access in a renewed processing space, with a synchronization that integrates the procedures of the Classic EACAT into the new EACAT.
  • Share files with other users who do not have access to them.
  • Indicate the person responsible for processing the file to better distribute workloads.
  • Check your personal space to change your password and find out which inter-administrative processing services you have access to.
  • Use the generic services section, with the links that take you to the classic EACAT to process the generic transmission, the transmission of writings and documents, sending edicts and the registration window.
  • Access the different services of the AOC (e-NOTUM, Copy, ERES, SIR, registration, etc.)

In the EACAT Classic:

  • Process TR or HTML5 web forms.
  • Work with trays: in draft, to edit web technology procedures that you haven't completed, and to sign web forms.
  • Consult the register of qualified officials.
  • Consult the information of the Current Affairs.

In this new stage, you will be able to continue using the EACAT Classic as before, with all the available functionalities. At the moment, the two platforms coexist so that the process of learning and getting familiar with the new platform is as easy as possible.
