To access the new EACAT, certain requirements must be met:
1. Web browsers
Be sure to check out the list of web browsers supported by the new EACAT. We generally recommend using the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari to ensure a better user experience.
2. Authentication
You can access the service using your current credentials. This includes:
- EACAT username and password
- Digital certificate: Make sure the digital certificate is properly installed in your browser and is valid
- GICAR (Identity Management and Access Control of the Generalitat and its public sector)
3. Security restrictions
- Firewalls and security filters : In some corporate environments, the firewall may impose access restrictions to certain websites and applications for security reasons. It is important to ensure that the firewall does not block access to EACAT.
- Check with the systems manager : If you experience access problems, check with your institution's systems team to ensure that access is allowed to the following URL: https://eacat3-cl.aoc. cat/eacat.
4. Additional recommendations
- Browser updates. You must always keep your browser updated to its latest version, to guarantee its compatibility and security.
