As the entity's manager, you will have exclusive access to the new platform for the first 2 months to configure it. Below, we detail the tasks you can do in the new EACAT and those you will continue to do in the current version.

1. In the new EACAT

  • From Administration settings > Services AOC > account_circle Users >
    You can only assign service permissions: entity manager and signer.

    When you create a new user in the current version it will automatically be created in the new EACAT without any permission.

  • From Administration settings > EACAT Procedures >
    • > General , you can activate/deactivate the mailbox system
    • > Users , you can assign users to mailboxes
    • > Services , you can add services to mailboxes
    • > Mailboxes , you can create and manage specific mailboxes and assign users to the global mailbox
    • > Organizational units , they are disabled and you will not be able to request activation from the administrator of EACAT
  • From account_circle Personal space >

    • > Password , you can change the password
    • > Preferences , you can manage your settings

2. In the current version

  • From Settings > account_circle Users > you can:
    • Register new users
    • Modify user data
    • Remove users
    • Deactivate users
    • Assign permissions to the users of the new inter-administrative processing services that the providers will publish from the activation of the new EACAT.
    • Assign permissions to users of AOC services (eg: e-NOTUM, eFACT, Via Oberta or others).
  • From Settings > Services > you can:
    • Assign permissions to the users of the new inter-administrative processing services that the providers will publish from the activation of the new EACAT.
    • Assign permissions to users of AOC services (eg: e-NOTUM, eFACT, Via Oberta or others).
  • From Configuration > My ens/Inquiries and reports > you can consult the Register of Skilled Officials (RFH)
  • From Settings > My space > Password > Change password

    The password is the same and can be changed in both environments, although we recommend changing it to the new EACAT.
  • From Settings > User group/Unit > you can create and manage user groups
