Initial and response procedures:
- Initial procedure is the first step within an administrative procedure, which starts the whole procedure. For example, when asking for a grant, the initial process would be to submit the application. From the CST, only initial procedures can be carried out.
- Response procedure is a procedure that continues a procedure already started. For example, it can be to respond to a request for documentation or to justify expenses in a grant already requested. These procedures cannot be initiated from the Catalogue, but must be answered from the Processing Area , within your file.
From the Catalog you can only carry out procedures that initiate a file, that is to say initial procedures.
