The search engine serves to facilitate quick access to the services and procedures you need within the Catalog of services and procedures (CST). With it, you can efficiently search for any specific service, procedure or information by entering keywords related to what you are looking for.
To search for specific services and procedures in the catalog you can:
- Use the word search: by entering keywords related to the service or procedure you need. For more accurate and relevant results, we recommend following these search tips :
- Use keywords: Focus on the most important words to find what you need.
- Choose specific terms: Opt for uncommon words to refine your search.
- Remove irrelevant terms: If a word is giving you unwanted results, remove it from the search.
- Adjust the filters: You can widen the search by removing the filters I'm a recipient or In term to see more options.
- Narrow your search to Services - this will help you get more specific results.
- Use Advanced Search: This tool allows you to narrow down your results more precisely.
- Check if a service is deprecated: If you can't find an old service, it might be deprecated.
- Use advanced search:
- Browse by service provider.
- Browse by typology or themes and sub-themes: the catalog is organized in different typologies as well as in thematic or sub-thematic areas. Select the typology or topic and subtopic that best fits your search to get more accurate results.
- Apply other filters from the advanced search: you can refine the search by filtering by Results (All, services, procedures or initial procedures), Deadline (on deadline, off deadline, about to end), Recipient (All, I am a recipient, I am not recipient) and by other criteria.
Remember that when we talk about a search engine, we always refer to the search engine in terms of the catalog; when we talk about the advanced search engine we already specify it.
