Initial and response procedures:
- Initial procedure is the first step in an administrative procedure, the one that starts the entire procedure. For example, when requesting a subsidy, the initial procedure would be to submit the application. From the Catalog of services and procedures, only procedures that are initial can be carried out.
- A response procedure is a procedure that continues a procedure that has already been initiated. For example, it can be responding to a documentation request or justifying expenses in a subsidy that has already been requested. These procedures cannot be initiated from the Catalog, but must be responded to from the Processing Area , within your file.
From the Catalog you will only be able to carry out procedures that initiate a file, that is, initial procedures.
