There are two types of inter-administrative processing services, which you can find in the Catalog of services and procedures and which are:
- Generic service is a type of service designed to be used by any of the entities attached to the platform and by any user who has the necessary permissions. These services are not linked to a specific provider or to a specific set of recipient entities. An example of a generic service would be the generic request or the mass transmission, which allow procedures to be carried out in a wide and flexible way, regardless of the entity or the user.
- Specific service is a service designed by a specific provider and directed to a specific group of recipient entities, which has as its object a very specific administrative action such as: granting subsidies, authorizing activities, registering an activity, etc.)
It consists of an ordered set of procedures or actions that must be followed to adopt a certain resolution. For example, the "PRE - Subventions remuneration for elected officials 2020" service is a specific service provided by the Department of the Presidency of the Generalitat de Catalunya, intended for the town councils of Catalonia, and includes procedures such as the grant application, the contribution of documentation and subsidy justification.
