As the entity's manager, you will have exclusive access to the new platform for the first 2 months to configure it. Below, we detail the tasks you will be able to perform in the new EACAT and those you will continue to perform in the classic version.

1. In the new EACAT

  • From Administration settings > Services AOC > account_circle Users >
You will only be able to assign the service permissions: entity manager and signatory.

When you create a new user in the current version, it will automatically be created in the new EACAT without any permissions.

  • From Administration settings > EACAT Procedures >
    • > General , you can activate/deactivate the mailbox system
    • > Users , you can assign users to mailboxes
    • > Services , you can add services to mailboxes
    • > Mailboxes , you can create and manage specific mailboxes and assign users to the global mailbox.
    • > Organizational units , are deactivated and you will not be able to request activation from the EACAT administrator.
  • From account_circle Personal space >

    • > Password , you can change your password
    • > Preferences , you can manage your settings

2. In the current version

  • From Settings > account_circle Users > you can:
    • Register new users
    • Modify user data
    • Delete users
    • Deactivate users
    • Assign permissions to users of the new inter-administrative processing services that providers will publish from the activation of the new EACAT.
    • Assign permissions to users of the AOC services (for example: e-NOTUM, eFACT, Via Oberta or others).
  • From Settings > Services > you can:
    • Assign permissions to users of the new inter-administrative processing services that providers will publish from the activation of the new EACAT.
    • Assign permissions to users of the AOC services (for example: e-NOTUM, eFACT, Via Oberta or others).
  • From Settings > My entity/Consultations and reports > you can consult the Register of Qualified Officials (RFH)
  • From Settings > My space > Password > Change password

The password is the same and can be changed in both environments, although we recommend changing it to the new EACAT.
  • From Settings > User Group/Unit > you can create and manage user groups.
