The RFH is the set of civil servants, which will include at least those from the registration assistance offices (OAMR), who are authorized to perform one or both of the following functions:
- Assistance in the use of electronic media for interested parties not obliged to use them.
- Issuance of authentic copies (when not made by automated administrative action).
If you access the Personal Space account_circle > General > Preferences > Register of qualified civil servants (RFH) , you can check if you are registered as a qualified civil servant.
For this, it is essential that you have correctly informed the following fields:
- Date of registration in the RFH
- Date of withdrawal from the RFH
- Administrative unit to which you belong
- Tasks or functions within the RFH
