In account_circle Personal space > General > we find the Preferences section. Among the most prominent are the activation of Notices and Processing preferences.

1. Where do we find Processing Preferences?

In account_circle Personal space > General > Preferences > Processing , we find the processing options that we can activate or deactivate, which are:

  • Check the existence of a preferred signatory
  • See the explanation about the file manager

2. What does the option “Check the existence of the preferred signatory” mean?

It is a key functionality in the process of signing the procedures.

The preferred signatory is considered the first choice to sign a procedure. However, if someone else has signature permission, they will be able to sign the document even if they are not the preferred signatory. If it is not assigned, you can select it when you send to sign a procedure.

When you activate this option, the Send to sign information box will appear, where you can select the preferred signer or continue processing without selecting him. However, if you do not activate this option, this information box will not appear when you send a procedure to be signed.

It is an important functionality in the processing of files.

When we start the first procedure from the Catalog or when responding to the first procedure of a file initiated by another entity, an information box appears about the person responsible for the file.
