The BOE is published every day of the year, except Sundays.
If a publication date has been chosen within the three working days following the day of sending the shipment, the TEU will assign the most optimal date possible and, in the event that the date proposed by us cannot be respected- se, the system returns a message warning of this contingency. This warning message can be consulted in the notification advertisement management environment (v. 2.3 , point 4d ), it is purely informative and, in no case, warns of the impossibility of publishing the advertisement for this reason . In the event that, due to a formal defect, the announcement is returned, the BOE sends an email to the address provided in the form for creating a new announcement (v. 2.5 , point 14 ) explaining the reason for the return (v. 3.9 ). If any kind of clarification is necessary in this regard, you must send an email to tablon.edictal@boe.es .
